Adam Croan

Adam Croan is the Founder and CEO of Wyman Properties LLC, a family-owned real estate investment firm dedicated to helping individuals and families build generational wealth with integrity and long-term vision. Under Adam’s leadership, Wyman Properties currently operates across the Alabama, Texas, and New Mexico markets, offering a comprehensive range of services to clients and investors.

A U.S. Army Veteran, Adam brings decades of leadership rooted in discipline, strategy, and mission execution. His professional career includes roles at NASA and National Instruments (now Emerson), where he leads quality engineering and metrology programs in complex, high-stakes environments.

Adam holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor's in Religion from Athens State University. He serves as a volunteer chaplain with God of Hope Ministries, teaching, mentoring, and ministering to men inside the Texas Department of Criminal Justice system.

At the intersection of faith, service, and entrepreneurship, Adam leads Wyman Properties with a vision larger than transactions, cultivating transformation. His passion is guiding clients from renters to owners, and owners to investors, empowering them to steward assets that serve their families and communities for generations to come.
